Billing of our services is primarily based on an hourly rate plus VAT and cost and expenses.

In certain circumstances it may be appropriate to establish either a fixed daily fee or a lump-sum arrangement.

Activities related to court procedures will in principle be charged pursuant to the statutory fees as provided for in the Law on the Remuneration of Attorneys, which as a rule are in proportion to the value of a claim.
