Norwin Schwermer, Lead counsel, working since 1989 as attorney and legal counsel in various legal, administrative and operational functions in industry. This includes broad experience in medium sized companies as well as international industrial groups, family owned business, stock corporations and owner-managed as well as private equity companies. His professional career comprises long-term employments in the ThyssenKrupp group, the Belgium Lhoist group, LWB Refractories group (Rhône Capital, UK/USA), the Brazilian Magnesita Refratários group and the Otto-Wolff group.

Mr. Schwermer´s experience covers functions as Head of Legal, General Counsel of international enterprises with responsibility for all legal issues occurring in international industrial groups as well as functions as Member of Management Boards, of Executive Committees, of foundations or industrial associations as well as Memberships in Supervisory Boards or Administrative Boards in companies in Belgium, PR China, England, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Poland, Sweden, South Africa and Taiwan.
